HanKMalik is a globally recognised KM Practitioner and thought leader with almost twenty years’ experience in the field of Knowledge Management focusing on designing, delivering, implementing multiple global KM engagements. Catching the “passion” for KM with Lotus Software in the late 1990s I have worked as lead practitioner with leading consultancies including Arthur Andersen, PriceWaterhouse, IBM Global Services and Deloitte. I have led KM teams around the world including, UK, Europe, USA, Japan and the Middle East. I have also spoken at global KM conferences and contributed to global KM books for a number of years, most recently on the new KM ISO 30401 2018 standard.

I have specialised in Knowledge Management for over 20 years and have the proven “blended” skills and experience to help you introduce relevant and tailored KM solutions to meet your specific needs. I have a unique background in being able to deliver “deep” as KM specialist and technical authority in the field, but also to lead and inspire KM teams to deliver real tangible benefits. I have global experience managing KM teams across both the private and public sectors. Through the KM Institute, I hold certification for Certified Knowledge Practitioner, Certified Knowledge Manager, and Mastery in Knowledge Management.

Hank is an experienced Knowledge Management (KM) practitioner with over twenty years working extensively in the field of KM. Hank is a recognised KM subject matter expert with skills in delivering solutions with a blend of people, process, content, learning and technology. He also has experience with implementing KM internationally, including the Middle East, Europe, the US and Japan for multiple industry sectors including energy (oil, gas and renewable), automotive, pharmaceuticals and aviation. He has led numerous KM teams, speaks at international KM conferences, contributes to publications (most recently the Palgrave Handbook of KM), and is a Master Certified Knowledge Manager (MCKM) with the Knowledge Management Institute.
